Nora Lentner and Klara Hornig have been working closely together since 2009. Her wide-ranging repertoire includes works of classical, romantic and late Romantic as well as of the 20th and 21st centuries, which she presented in numerous recitals.
Together they participated in various masterclasses of z. Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, Thomas Quasthoff, Wolfram Rieger and Irwin Gage.
Since 2010, Klara Hornig and Nora Lentner have been teaching Burkhard Kehring as part of the master's program Lieddesign at the University of Music and Performing Arts Hamburg. In 2010, the duo were among the finalists of the "International Competition for Song Art" of the Hugo Wolf Academy in Stuttgart.
Nora LENTNER, soprano (Germany)
Born in 1986 in Coburg. First lesson in 1999 with Carol Bischoff. Studied at the University of Arts Berlin, 2005-2011 with Julia Kaufmann, from 2010 with Burkard Kehring, from 2011 with Dagmar Schellenberger. Masterclasses with Irwin Gage (2009), Fischer Dieskau (2009/2010) and Thomas Quasthoff (2010).
2011 diploma singing / music theater at the University of the Arts. First Prize Bundeswettbewerb Gesang Berlin, second prize "Paula-Salomon Lindberg" Berlin.
2010 appearances in the Gedächniskirche Berlin, at the Konzerthaus Berlin, duets by Robert Schumann, 2011 "Wanderoper" Berlin / Brandenburg, Mendelssohn-Remise Berlin Liedermatinee. Song classes at Wolfram Rieger (2009-2011) and Axel Bauni (2009-2011).
Klara HORNIG, piano (Germany)
Born in 1985 in Dusseldorf. 1991 first class in Ingolstadt, 2000-2004 with Thomas Menrath, 2006-2010 with Konstanze Eickhorst and since 2010 with Burkhard Kehring. Studied at the University of Music Lübeck and at the University of Music and Theater Hamburg. Diploma Bachelor of Music.
2007 Masterclass with Wolfram Rieger, 2008 with Irwin Gage, 2010 with Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau, 2010 with Thomas Quasthoff and Justus Zeyen.
Performances at various recitals with Nora Lentner, z. For example, in August 2011 in the Mendelssohn Remise Berlin, in October 2011 chamber music with members of the Southwest German Philharmonic Konstanz, duo recital with Arthur Hornig (cello, Deutsche Oper Berlin) at the Bachtagen Würzburg. Since 2011/2012 lecturer at the Berlin University of the Arts.
