Born in 1976 in Mönchengladbach, Germany. 1981 Beginning of piano education, 1983-1992 violin lessons. 1990-1992 Member of the Märkisches Jugendsinfonieorchester, 1992 3rd place in "Jugend komponiert". 1996-2001 studies of musicology, computer science and philosophy at the University of Bonn, 2001 diploma in computer science and degree in musicology. 1997-1998 tutor for harmony and counterpoint at the musicological institute of the University of Bonn, 1998-1999 software developer at the BEC. 2005 1st prize winner of the university competition of the Rectors' Conference of the Conservatoires of Music in the Federal Republic of Germany in composition. 2000-2002 Research Assistant at the Department of Computer Science, Department of Audio Signal Processing, University of Bonn. 2001-2005 composition studies at the Hochschule für Musik Cologne with York Höller, piano with Klaus Oldemeyer as well as harmony and counterpoint soundtrack with Friedrich Jaecker, 2005 diploma in composition. 2003-2004 research and software development at FGAN in the field of radar systems and targettracking of extended objects. Since October 2005 research assistant at the Institute of Speech Recognition of the University of the Saarland with Dietrich Klakow. Research area: Reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces in the field of speech recognition. Since November 2005 composition lessons with Theo Brandmüller, University of Music Saar, since 2002 collaboration as a composer and programmer with dancers, in particular with "Angels Koeln", an aerial dance group.
