Lukas Maria KUEN (Piano) was born 1974 in Erlangen (Germany). First piano lessons at the age of five. From 1986 to 1993 piano lessons with Vivienne Keilhack, Erlangen, besides cello and organ lessons. Prizes at the state and federal competition "Jugend musiziert" in the sections piano solo and accompaniment, including 1989 "1st Prize for accompaniment " at the federal level. 1993 2nd Prize at the "Nürnberger Klavierwettbewerb".

Since 1995 Lukas Kuen studied chamber music withFriedemann Berger and Lied with Donald Sulzen. 1997 artistic exam "with distinction" followed by a two-year masterclass with Michael Schäfer. Since 1998 student in the song class of Helmut Deutsch.
