Born 1977 in Hiroshima (Japan). From 1995 to 1998 studied instrumental music at the Tokyo Geijutsu Daigaku University (diploma in March 1999). Continuation of studies in the master's course at the same university (master's degree 2002). Afterwards study in the study course "concert exam flute" at the University of Music and Theater Hamburg. Classes with Akiko Mikami, Paul Meisen and Moshe Aron Epstein. Awards: 2000 winner of the Kandagakki Competition in Japan (5th Prize), 2001 winner of the 3rd Prize in the Japanese Flute Competition.
Nobue ITO, Piano (Japan)
Born in 1973 in Hakodate, Hokkaido (Japan). Studies at the College of Music and Art Tokyo affiliated secondary school, at the College of Music and Art Tokyo (BM) and at the College of Music and Theater Hamburg (concert exam). Teaching by M. Endo, H. Kobayashi, K. Schilde and R. Nattkemper. Multiple winner of competitions in Japan: 1997 2nd Prize in Japanese music competition; 1998 1st Prize at the Chamber Music Competition; 1999 1st Prize in the KAZUSA competition; 2000 winner of the audition of the Frédéric Chopin Society in Japan.
