Thomas A. BAUER, Baritone (Germany)
Born in Germany in 1965. Voice student and master class with Charlotte Lehmann at the Hochschule für Musik in Würzburg. Master classes with Kammersänger Hans Hotter and Richard Miller. Vocal recitals and concerts with the Münchner Symphoniker, the Münchner Barocksolisten and the Polnische Kammerphilharmonie. In 1992 1st prize at the “Armin-Knab”-Competition; in 1993 2nd prize at the
“Mozartfest”-Competition in Würzburg as well as winner of the “Perrenoud-Prize” of the jury at the 2nd Vienna International Music Competition.
Martin KLINGLER, Piano (Germany)
Born in Germany in 1964. From 1984 to 1992 student at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst Stuttgart. Since 1989 numerous master classes held by Karl Ulrich Schnabel, György Sebök, Leon Fleisher, Bernhard Wambach, Claude Helffer and Irwin Gage. Participation in the performances of the complete piano compositions of Karlheinz Stockhausen (1990) and Pierre Boulez (1991).
